Details of Project

The Hillsborough House was a full renovation on a difficult, sloping site in Hillsborough, Auckland. The renovation involved digging out underneath the house and propping the house while excavating, to create an additional bedroom, rumpus area and bathroom downstairs, as well as stairs and garage.

The upstairs was also extended and the three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and living areas were all completely renovated as well.

Ryan completed the earthworks on the challenging, sloping site, the full renovation, and landscaping to finish the project. Ryan worked with the owner to use some trades that he had chosen and wanted to co-ordinate himself, and provided recommendations for the remaining trades.
