Only one room of the original single storey house remained on this large build, therefore almost making it a new build.

The owner had very tight time frames that needed to be met and for that reason decided to wrap the house and not risk delays caused by weather.

The two storey home was built extremely quickly and Ryan worked closely with the owner to use specific trades that he knew or requested. The house was built by the required date and the owner was very satisfied with the efficiency and workmanship.
