Details of Project

The Glenfield site was sloping and the owner occupied the house at the front of the site and had decided to subdivide the property and build on the rear of the site. Ryan carried out all of the earthworks and service reticulation for the subdivision, and built the new house. There was a large amount of problem solving required to resolve the stormwater reticulation of the site with the adjusted levels. Ryan came up with the resolution himself and committed to constructing the solution in order to complete the job and not leave anything unresolved.
