The Kingsland Villa Renovation was a full renovation in keeping with the original villa style, but modernising the finishes and fittings.

Ryan lifted the house and moved it back on the site. He excavated underneath to add another storey, and at the same time constructed an addition on the back of the house. The entire house was renovated in the original villa style. This involved sourcing specific materials and trims to match the original, right down to the front verandah surrounds that had to be delicately constructed and fitted to create the desired finish.
