Details of Project

The St Johns renovation included changing out all of the window joinery of the existing house to double glazed, aluminium window joinery. The house was then extended by 100m2 to add a new double garage, rumpus area and laundry. Finally the roof was then removed and a new roof configured to the new house layout.
