The Clevedon House was one of the first built by Ryan and his team. In the picturesque South Auckland suburb of Clevedon, this was a new build which required a high level of organisation and preparation during the procurement stage, prior to beginning construction. The build included some very unique elements such as the infinity pool and materials sourced from overseas, and was in a semi-rural location. Everything had to be ordered and thought about well in advance, in order to ensure this was a seamless construction process. The owners of this house were so happy with Ryan’s attitude and workmanship that they used him again to complete some work for their business.
